Samantha Sloyan - born in 1978 in California - is an American television and film actress who portrays White House Staffer Jeannine, on ABC's Scandal.
She has made guest appearances on a few television series, some including: NCIS (2011), The Cape (2011), Private Practice (2010), Law & Order: LA (2010), The Forgotten (2009), The Beast (2009)
Samantha's also done some indie films, her credits include: Area 407 (2012), In the Key of Eli (2011), Autodoc (2009), Shamelove (2006) and 3 Wise Woman (2005).
