Ronnie Miller was the father of Casey Ross.
History[]
Susan Ross and he grew up knowing each other since their fathers worked together in the mines. In high school, they dated for a while. Susan also dated her then-boyfriend John Latner. While Susan was dating John, she cheated with Ronnie and got pregnant with Casey.
After Susan won the presidential debate, Olivia Pope went to visit Ronnie in jail and tried making him submit to a paternity test. If he said yes to a paternity test, Olivia promised him she would get him out of the jail cell that he'd been in for ten years in a week. Ronnie, however, refused the offer in order to protect Susan and Casey. Olivia then threatened him about planting weed in his bunk and making him stay in jail for another decade if he didn't help her and make a public statement that he is Casey's father.
Ronnie then agreed to make a public statement and to a paternity test. Although before the day of making the statement, Ronnie hanged himself in his jail cell.
