Julia Cho is an Asian American actress, who portrayed Shelby Moss in the third season of ABC's Scandal.
She is best know for her works on The Lizzie Diaries (2012), Larry Crowne (2011) and Eating Out: All You Can Eat (2009).
Julia has also appeared in NCIS (2014), Castle (2014), 2 Broke Girls (2013), The Newsroom (2013), The Office (2013), Cougar Town (2013), Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23 (2012) and Hannah Montana (2011).
She has also appeared in the TV Movies More Time with Family (2014) and Santa Switch (2013).
