Adam Shapiro is an American television and theatrical actor who portrayed Jesse Tyler, on ABC's Scandal.

He grew up outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; he is a graduate of University of Maryland. Adam is married to series regular Katie Lowes.

Adam has made guest appearances on TV shows, including: the recent comedy 1600 Penn (2013), Grey’s Anatomy (2010), The Closer (2009), The Suite Life of Zack and Cody (2007), Medium (2006) and Gilmore Girls (2003).
He has starred on films 'A Single Man (2009) and The House Bunny (2008). Adam has also starred in many short films The Interview (2011), Short Term 12 (2008) and Jewz in the Hood (2005). Along with that he has many upcoming films and TV Movies that are in either post or pre-production.
